We love bikes, period. Big wheels, small wheels, single wheels, or multiple wheels, we will fix them all. With over 32 years of combined experience in bicycle service, trust that your beloved ride will be repaired with the attention that it deserves. We encourage our customers to bring in their bikes for a repair estimate, free of charge (no appointment necessary). We try to operate on a 48 hour turnaround time for most repairs (may be longer in peak season) or if you rely on your bike for the daily commute, you may wish to utilize our appointment service. TUNE-UP SERVICES

Safety Check (Recumbents/Tandems: no extra charge) $25.00

• visually inspect frame and components for damage
• visually inspect tires for damage/wear
• inspect drivetrain condition - measure chain wear
• check front and rear hub adjustment
• check front and rear wheel true - true wheels on bike if necessary
• check front and rear brake adjustment - inspect brake pad/cable condition
• check bottom bracket bearings/adjustment - adjust as necessary
• check front and rear shifting - inspect cable/housing conditon
• lube chain and brake/derailleur pivots
• torque all bolts to manufactures specification
• check headset bearing adjustment
• inflate tires to recommended pressure

Level 1 Tune (Recumbents/Tandems: $25.00 extra) $50.00

• visually inspect frame and components for damage
• visually inspect tires for damage/wear
• inspect drivetrain condition - measure chain wear, replace components if necessary
• light cleaning/degreasing of drivetrain components - components remain on bike
• quick lube/adjust wheel hubs
• check radial and lateral wheel true in truing stand (extra labour charges for spoke replacement)
• adjust front/rear brakes - resurface or replace pads, replace cables/housing if necessary
• check bottom bracket bearings for wear, adjust if applicable
• check/align rear derailleur hanger
• adjust front/rear shifting - replace cables/housing if necessary, check range, derailleur position
• lube chain, derailleur and brake pivots/springs
• torque all bolts/hardware to manufactures specification
• adjust fender/rack position if applicable
• reroute cycle computer wire if applicable
• check saddle/bar position
• check headset bearings for wear, adjust as necessary
• clean/degrease frame and wheels
• inflate tires to recommended pressure
• test ride

Level 2 Tune (Recumbents/Tandem: $40.00 extra) $85.00

• drivetrain solvent wash (remove chain, cassette, crankset, front/rear derailleurs)
• overhaul 1 major bearing (wheel hub, headset, or bottom bracket if applicable)

Level 3 Tune - "Major Overhaul" (Recumbents/Tandems: $65.00 extra) $170.00

Complete disassembly of bicycle:

• visually inspect frame and components for damage/wear
• remove drivetrain components and solvent wash
• clean brake calipers, resurface or replace brake pads if necessary
• overhaul headset (includes bearings/grease)
• overhaul pedals (if applicable, includes bearings/grease)
• overhaul bottom bracket (cartridge bb
• remove/clean threads/reinstall)
• overhaul front and rear wheel hubs (includes bearings/grease)
• tension/true both wheels (remove tires/tubes, check radial/lateral true)
